BOOKING info TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. ONLY WEEKEND TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT. Sat/Sun and Sunday only tickets may become available later depending on availability. Check back later for info on non weekend tickets. 2. Tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Booking fee is £3.60 per transaction. You will receive a Paypal Transaction ID number and/or a Paypal Receipt ID reference number from Paypal after you have booked. You MUST bring these numbers or number to box office on arrival at the festival to collect your ticket(s) and vehicle pass(es). This is your receipt. You will not be sent out any other acknowledgement of payment. Paypal will provide us with your name, address and what you have purchased for our box office records.
VEHICLE CHARGE: if you are driving there is a £10 per vehicle parking charge for bringing your vehicle onto the site. 3. CONCESSIONS: ONLY full-time students (not part-time), unemployed ES40s and over 60 years are eligible for concession prices. If booking on-line, to take advantage of these cheaper prices, you MUST bring evidence of your concession status to the festival box office when you arrive at the gate, otherwise you will be charged the difference between what you have paid and the full weekend price. 4. CHEQUES: We accept cheques, payable to 'Knockengorroch CIC'. In this case, you MUST enclose SAE to enable us to send you a receipt, otherwise you will not be sent a receipt. Tell us your name, address, tel. no. and what your payment covers eg 2 adults and 1 vehicle pass. There is no booking fee for cheques. If you are buying any concession tickets, enclose evidence at the same time. Send to Fest Office, Knockengorroch, Carsphairn, Castle Douglas, DG7 3TJ. FAMILY TICKETS: these are available to a family of 2 adults and 2 children 11-15 years. Deduct £10 from the total ticket cost (and add vehicle charge if driving) 5.
