With music in her blood and roots in reggae, soul, and Afrobeat, Aziza Jaye is a true genre-shifter whose voice and energy leave a lasting impression. From her early days playing clarinet and winning local singing competitions to studying vocal artistry in Manchester, Aziza has gone on to perform across the UK and beyond, sharing her story through powerful, heartfelt originals.

Drawing influence from her Jamaican heritage and a deep love of rare soul, Motown, house and DnB, she coined the term ‘genre-less’ to describe her boundless versatility. Whether working with Mungo’s Hi Fi, Nubiyan Twist, or mentoring young people through music, Aziza brings authenticity, emotion, and a sense of purpose to everything she does.
