Jungle Jim, aka James Maitland, is a powerhouse in the Jungle and Drum & Bass scene, specialising in heavy rolling jungle and early 2000s jump-up drum and bass. Over the past decade, he has played across Scotland, holding residencies at numerous club nights in Glasgow and Edinburgh with his group Honkin HIFI, as well as performing for Electrikal Soundsystem and Midnight Bass. His festival appearances include Solfest, Kelburn Garden Party, and Woodlands Dance Project, along with various castle parties. He has also featured on prominent Drum & Bass livestreams such as 59th Degree and Bloc2Bloc in Manchester.
