A DJ, record collector, curator, and storyteller, Kornelia is the force behind Ladies on Records, a project dedicated to uncovering forgotten musical gems. Originally from Poland, her passion for music led her to Turkey, where she has lived in Istanbul since 2015. She has curated two acclaimed compilations, “Uzelli Psychedelic Anadolu” and “Turkish Ladies”, shedding new light on Turkey’s rich musical heritage.

Her DJ sets are an eclectic mix of obscure dancefloor shakers, Turkish and Middle Eastern rarities, and global groove novelties, drawing from 70s organic music, jazz, and world sounds. Kornelia’s work extends beyond the decks—she creates multimedia music projects, exhibitions, podcasts, and mixtapes for festivals and radio stations like Radio Meuh, Radio Nova, and Paranoise Radio. A true musical explorer, she also curates festivals, writes on music and culture, and shares her knowledge through workshops and sound talks.
