Born from a side project of Edinburgh’s Orkestra Del Sol, The Brizz emerged from a shared love of Brazilian Forró—a vibrant style from Northeastern Brazil blending tight percussion grooves, accordion, fiddle, and call-and-response vocals. Over the past 15 years, they’ve cultivated their sound, weaving in influences from Samba, Cajun, and Scottish Trad to create an infectious, high-energy live show.
