If you are looking for a kid-friendly festival, Knockengorroch Festival has so much to offer families! Set in stunning scenery in the hills of Galloway, with an incredible musical line-up across eight venues, there is lots to explore for families and plenty of activities to keep children of every age occupied throughout the weekend. Our beautiful mountain riverside valley location provides an opportunity for the whole family to spend quality time with each other and connect with nature. Quiet camping is available up the river for those with young ones that like to get up early!
The Tigtri Kids’ Tent has loads of games, crafts and activities on offer. Kidding Around provides entertainment from 10am – 7pm the whole weekend, keeping children from 0 to 10 and older entertained with their crowd-pleasing charm and endless free activities for your wee ones to do: giant craft table, play trays, sensory experiences and invitations to play, as well as a mega selection of outdoor toys, circus kit, a million giant hula-hoops, giant bubbles and target hitting challenges to maximise the fun inside the marquee and out. When you need a snuggly moment or the calm of a story, come find the story corner and one of the team will read to you.
