One of the most unique and enjoyable live dub acts on the planet, their use of dynamic onstage dub mixing whilst performing alongside acoustic instruments and exceptional vocalists make Zion Train one of a kind. Their 16th original studio LP was released March 21st 2025, and their 2024 tour dates included appearances in the UK, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, USA, Mexico, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ireland. Their onstage line up features Cara Jane Murphy on lead vocals with or without a brass section and VJ mix. They celebrated 35 years of existence in 2023 and have continuously moved forward with positivity, having played well over 3,000 shows including Woodstock (Poland), Madasound (Martinique), Fusion Festival (Germany), Vina Rock (Spain), Sierra Nevada World Music Festival (USA), Rototom Sunsplash (Italy/Spain), Outlook (Croatia), Boomtown (UK), Glastonbury Festival (UK) 15 times, Seasplash Festival (Croatia), Bababoom Festival (Italy), Wickerman Festival (UK), Reggae Geel (Belgium), Universo Parallelo (Brazil), Reggae Sun Ska (France), Ostrada Reggae Festival (Poland), Asigiri Jam (Japan), Sziget (Hungary), Exit (Serbia), Bielawa (Poland), Solipse (Zambia), Island Vibes and Rainbow Serpent (Australia). They own and operate their Abassi Sound System with regular sessions in the UK and run the Universal Egg and Deep Root independent record labels.
