KlumsyKhemist – Jungle Cakes Takeover
KlumzyKhemist is rapidly cementing her place as one of drum and bass’s most exciting rising talents. 2025 has marked a breakthrough year for KlumzyKhemist – with debut singles Audiotrip (Banished Beats) and Big Soundboy (Jungle Cakes with heavyweights Deekline, Logan, and MC Dread) both breaking into
Beatport and Hypeddit’s Top 100 Drum & Bass Tracks within their first week, and Big Soundboy being
featured on Charlie Tee’s BBC Radio 1 show. 2025 also saw her close for Andy C at XOYO, storm through a packed run of UK festivals including Boomtown Festival on the Wrong Side of The Tracks, before
embarking on her debut New Zealand and Australia tour. KlumzyKhemist shows no signs of slowing down.
KlumzyKhemist first began making waves as a DJ in the United States, turning heads on the Open Decks
stages of Vermont with her high-energy, genre-bending sets. While studying for a Master’s in chemistry, it became clear her mixing skills belonged behind the decks.
After returning to the UK, she quickly became a fixture on line-ups nationwide, landing support slots for
some of Drum and Bass’s biggest names — including A.M.C, Andy C, Fabio & Grooverider, and Metrik.
Alongside this, she secured residencies with respected brands such as Jungle Cakes, Motion Sickness,
and Music from the Mothership.
Known for her high-octane sets packed with unexpected flips, chops, and double drops, KlumzyKhemist
seamlessly blends Dancefloor, Jungle, 4/4, Neuro, Footwork, and beyond — always pushing boundaries
and keeping the crowd guessing. Her distinctive style has earned her bookings at major UK festivals and
clubs such as Boomtown Festival 4 years in a row, Shambala Festival, XOYO, Ministry of Sound, and more,
as well as international recognition with standout sets on Outlook Festival’s Asia tour, headlining in 2024.
Klumzy in the lab. Khemist on the decks. KlumzyKhemist is one to watch.
